    Hi Jeroen

You mentioned works fine on the PULSE MINI 2i - this uses the same AirPlay engine. As a premier Apple Partner, with BluOS 4.0 it fully supports and was tested using iOS 17.1.

When we see this, it is usually a routing table error in your home network. Rebooting your router, waiting 5 minutes then rebooting your players, and waiting 5 more minutes does resolve this issue in most cases.

If it does not, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so we may review your log files.

Thanks for the quick response! I tried all that with no result. Submitted the support request with the logs (quite useful to read!), and found that the Node believed it was included in the Homekit home, even though I had removed it from Homekit in an attempt to re-pair.
After a factory reset of the Node, all works perfectly again.
The factory reset was also a lot less hassle than rebooting the network. I believe the problem to have been some kind of broken handshake between Homekit and the Node.
Maybe there can be a “leave Apple home” option in BluOS that quickly resets the pairing?

I found this out the hard way back in 2018 while testing BluOS and Apple Home. Also re-learnt it as a side project during COVID lock downs...  Apple Home is a great tool but independent. You must separately delete the smart device in Apple Home.

I also found out the Apple Home naming trumps BluOS naming and Apple Home will switch names back in BluOS if you do not change the name of the device in Apple Home (that took months to figure out... as honestly, who do I go to for support?).

Since the last couple of weeks I have the following issue with my Node N130: Every time I want to stream using AirPlay 2, the Node is shown in the selection menu of my iPhone but streaming cannot be activated. I klick on it, it takes about 10 seconds and then an error message appears mentioning that the connection cannot be established. This happened sporadically before, but now it is a permanent issue. The only way to get it to work is to restart the Node. I don't listen to music more than once a day, so I have no clue how quickly this error re-appears after getting it to work. All of my other Airplay devices (two Apple TVs, one Airport Express 2, one HomePod mini) don't have this issue. The Node is connected via WLAN to the router, no fixed IP address. Restarting my router (FritzBox 7490) as suggested above didn't work. I didn't add the Node to Apple Home. All devices involved are up to date. Any suggestions?

This has been the most frustrating purchase. Over a year of intermittent connection issues and I’m ready to chuck this unit and buy something that’ll work.
