    Hi Don

Just found the same problem on everything that's got shared music on it.
Can't delete the old one and can't add a new one.
All bluos apps are up-to-date on windows and android

Same problem.  Tried to do a rebuild index.  It asked if I wanted to delete the library and I said yes.  The rebuild index said "Please Wait".  I waited overnight and diagnostics still returns Songs: 0.  Any rebuild attempt dies the same way.  So I began researching Shares.  Both are the same and have been for 4+ years.  But wanting to try anything I tried to delete local share (to rebuild it) and got "share not found".  So I tried to add a local share anyway but the Browse button indeed takes you to select a folder.  Click that folder and all that appears is the hard drive D.  So the only browse returns "D". Every time.  Share permissions have not changed but I checked them anyway and they are properly set.  Firewall is set to allow BluOS through.  None the less, I disabled the firewall completely.  No change. I am stuck.  I cannot rebuild or reindex.  Sent a support request on 3/9 but as yet no reply (its 3/13.  Anyone have any ideas

    Lossless

I would start by doing a "reboot" of the player. If that didn't help, do a reboot procedure of your network: switch of all devices, switch off the router, wait 5', restart router, wait 5', restart all devices and see if that changes anything.

I think support is still struggling in the aftermath of the version 4 launch, but they will get to you.

After 4 months since I had support i still have the old share that I can't delete.
Had exactly the same problem with windows that I can't add a share and just get a D drive with no link.
My solution was to put my music on a HD and attach it to the DAC.
Bluos then indexed it and everything's fine.
Not perfect but im not going to raise a support request as in sure they will release a version that will solve this problem.
