Reset not working
AnsweredMy units play and pause turned solid red on its own. It is no longer detected by my network even with an Ethernet cable. I cannot access it from the app or wireless.

Please unplug the player and leave it powered off for an hour.
Once you restart it, if the problem still occurs or returns, please e-mail support@bluesound.com so we may take a closer look.
