Issue Backing Up Playlist
AnsweredSince the new OS is crazy different and took me a while to find my playlist, I thought it would be a good idea to back up my playlist on my Node2i.
I followed the instructions and rebooted several times but I only see "Please insert a writable USB flashdrive."
I see this on my windows app and my ios app. I am an IT professional I am quite familiar with the process of formatting and using USB drives. Is there a way to look at the unit either through the web interface or the app to see if it shows a USB connected? Any suggestions on backing up playlists?

Thanks for this but is not a new problem as we have seen it before and it usually comes down to the USB stick itself. Please try a different stick.
