    Hi AA

    Please disconnect your HDMI from the NAD M10. Unplug the M10 from the wall for 30 seconds. Once restarted, reconnect your TV to the HDMI port.

    If problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can view the log and if necessary send their findings to QA.
