Vault 2i. Stuck in red. Unplugged all USB. Unplugged for 60 sec. Still stuck in red

  Hi Rusty

  Thank you for your patience. I have escalated your issue to our Support Crew. In the meantime, it is safe to unplug your VAULT and plug it back in during the upgrade. It will not brick and pick up where it left off. Results may vary from region to region but generally, the upgrade process takes less than 15 minutes.
