    Hi Andre

If your NODE 2 does not start the upgrade a second time after unplugging as suggested below, please e-mail support@bluesound.com so we can investigate further.

I had the same problem with my Node 2.
I unplugged it for 1 minute and when I switched it back on the LED flashed red/green.
After 10 minutes, it updated on the network and is now working. The USB key was not plugged in.

    Hope this helps.

My Node2 blocked completely since two days. ( red light, no flashing )

The Node is permanently connected with cable on the router, he does not reacts on a usb-stick with the latest firmware N130 ( unzipped) or any touches.

I unplugged it for many times and when I switched it back on the LED lights up red. :-(

Hi Renato, you describe exactly the same problem as I have. Reported it to support@bluesound.com but after a couple of days I only received a mail with " contact the recommended individuals or resources for a permanent solution to your issue" and the question if I knew already the " online database".

This problem is definitely a conflict of software and at this moment no solution is offered yet.

I'm starting to look to other brands because I feel left behind.

    Hello Andre
I have good news. I had my Node 2 checked at a specialist dealer. He already had several defective Node2s that he was able to repair.
In my case two capacitors(?) were defective, he replaced them and now everything works again. Costs $60.

At the same time, the cheap paint was removed from the case.

    Best regards

    Renato
