NAD M10v1 Display is now always on after upgrading to BluOS 4.0.2
AnsweredTried changing the "LCD Temporary Display" setting on the controller app and on the unit directly to no avail. The display only turns off after the unit is totally idle for a while.

Thanks Ken
We are testing solutions on this now. Look for an update early November to resolve this.
Rest assured there will be no long term damage to your NAD M10 display.

Thanks Tony!
Now, if the use of an external headphone amp with M10 can be implemented as well......

HI Ken
BT Headphones will mute your amp... pre-out will not. It is a hardware limitation in the M10.
I hear PSB makes great headphones that will work in either situation you prefer.

Sorry but 4.0 needs to be removed ASAP, and a return to the earlier system should be a priority. My library added music doesn’t play back.

I was also a happy owner of the NAD M10 V1 before this update which does not allow you to pause the screen as per the chosen settings. Why don't you do the tests before releasing a new software, this is one of the many problems encountered as well as the brightness adjustment that has no effect. Can you revert to the old firmware please? I also did a factory reset but the problems remain

Thank you for the timely response, I appreciate this because I also deal with SW ( In Italy) support and I like to reassure those who have had a problem, thank you
