Monitor Audio IMS-4. Noise from speakers, when not playing

Hi,

I have four zones distributed audio via an Monitor Audio IMS-4 (NAD C580i) connected via analog cables to a ELAN S1616A amplifier. Lately at night I have discovered a low noise from my ceiling speaker when not playing. It is low but you can clearly hear it when it is silent and the room noise floor is low. It sounds like random humming or similar. First I thought it was my daughter that moved a lot while sleeping in her room. But after checking it, it is coming from the speakers.

Has anyone had something similar? Now my solution is to just turn off the amp.
