Suggest speakers / setup

I am moving into a new condo and I'm looking for advice on what kind of speakers and/or amps I should get for the different areas. Two bedroom apt total of 880 sqft. The 2nd bedroom will have my Bryson audiophile setup and I guess a Node. I then have the tv living room area and the dining/kitchen area. The dining kitchen area is about 10' by 20' wide. The tv area is about 10' x 10'. What kind of speakers would I get for the kitchen/dining area and where would I put them? One idea is something like a Bluesound Pulse in the DSP shelf. I don't know much about single speakers, and I don't know how the cabinet around the shelf would affect the sound. I don't know where else a speaker(s) would go. Secondly, what would I put by the tv? I don't think I want a surround HT setup, I just want good audio. Maybe the whole living room/dining room/kitchen area needs a sub.
