Latest Ios update 4.0.1 homepage not loading Ios 16.7.1, iPhone 8

  The Home Page is populated by Player History...

  You may get a Content Not Found Error for one of three reasons;

  • Your Player is Brand New
  • You Just Factory Reset Your Player
  • The App cannot find your Player

  Playing content resolves case 1 and 2. We are adding better error handling in a very near future release.

  I had the same problem.  No Homepage on iPad, iPhone or Windows 10 app and I was able to resolve this for my system. 

  In my NAD T758V3 I had to re-install BluOs 4.0.2 on top of the already installed Blus 4.0.2.

  After the reinstallation the homepage started working. Maibe this helps others with the same problem.
