New Android App - 4.0.2 Build 2820

Has anyone noticed that on Google Play there is a new version of the app that changes the build from 2811 to 2820 and version from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2?

On my phone and two different older Android tablets, the artist name has been restored in album and playlist views, and the font has gone back to the original thinner font.

However, on my wife's identical phone, the artist name is still missing.

I also noticed that the setting "Disable new interface" is enabled by default, but after toggling it on and off a couple of times and leaving it the new interface enabled, I can still see the artist name in album and playlist views.

However, no luck yet on my wife's phone

  Google Play Updates may take 24-48 hours as Google often throttles the delivery of popular Apps to ensure general stability.

  I just realized that the wife's phone found an update but she is still only able to get 4.0.1 Build 2811 from Google Play.

  Uninstalling the app and going back to Google Play simply downloaded the original version, so maybe this is a timing or staggered rollout from Google Play.

  But at least some of our Android devices have been able to get 4.0.2 build 2820 with artist name visible in playlist and album view with the new interface enabled.
