Volume controls at bottom broken / cut of on iOS 16.7* and iPhone 12 mini

Since the latest BluOs and Controller Updates on an iPhone 12 mini (iOS 16.7*) the Volume controls at bottom are not accessible and cut in half. This already happened earlier on iOS 15.*  and iPhone 12 mini. Very frustrating the old error is back again...
