lose sound
AnsweredMy Bluesound Node is connected thru a router and ethernet thru the house electric grid. I have 1500 cds stored & the node has worked well for a year. Now the sound will quit randomly when playing, the queue continues running but the app becomes totally unresponsive. Rebooting the node solves the problem until the sound quits again. I do not use internet streaming.

I would start with a network refresh
Power OFF your Powerline / AV Devices
Reboot your router
Wait 5 minutes - very important step
Turn on your Powerline / AV adapters and wait two minutes
Reboot all your players and your NAS (or where ever your music is stored)
Wait 5 more minutes
Relaunch the App
