    Hi Soundchasr

    We have been able to replicate this issue using an iPhone or iPad but had no problem using the BluOS App for Windows or macOS. (We also couldn't replicate it on Android...)

    We did an update to iOS today, and you will be prompted to upgrade to 4.0.1 but in reviewing Quality Assurance notes, though this is on their radar, Product Development's iOS Team did not include this fix just yet.

    I’m in the UK an have no issues but suggest you try the following

    Reboot your router
    Wait 5 minutes - very important step
    Reboot all your players
    Wait 5 more minutes
    Relaunch the App
