Hi Mark, the Sound bar acts as both front channels and the centre.

Surely an option yo have separate front left and tight Would be good.. especially gor larger rooms, to get a real left and right front stage..

Hi Mark, if wanting a typical HT setup with separate speakers across the front for a large room then pleasedo have a look at the BluOS enabled devices from NAD as these would fulfill your needs.

The webpage below shows what you can build and what hardware is required…

Thanks for the link, I have already seen that page. Not really informative if I'm honest..
I'll assume 4.1 is as good as it gets. Front left right, rear left right and sub..
One last question.. are the rear flex 2i POE. Or do you need to factor in power outlets as well as ethernet.?

    Thanks In advance

    Hi Mark

You will require power for your PULSE FLEX 2i. Only the PULSE FLEX or POWERNODE may be used as rear speakers in a home theatre group.

Bluesound does not have any PoE products in the residential space.
