    Hi Patrick

    This may be as much the TV sending...  can you please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may review your log file. In the description, also let us know the make and model of the TV, the source of the content (Apple TV, Roku...) and the Content (Asohka on Disney+, Better Call Saul on Netflix).

    We will reach out with more details once we have them. I will warn you we are running a day or 2 late due to the high volume of calls with the release of BluOS 4.0 but we will get to you.
