Windows vs Android

Why does the Android app on my smartphone work perfectly, while the app on my Windows 10 PC is a disaster?

1. The Windows app in in English, while the Android app on my smartphone is in Dutch (my language)

2. Very slow track changing on Windows, in Android faster than a wink of an eye.

3. Playlists on Windows do not work at all, in Android without any problems.

A few years ago these (Windows) problems arose; a number of updates later they still are here to stay.

Could it be that the development of the Windows app has less attention in comparison to the Adroid?

My PC is a HP Windows 10 PC.

My player is a Node 2i
