    If you are having issues, our QA Team will want to see the log file. You can send it by selecting Settings, Send Support Requests in the App. There should be no issue with USB 3.0 but this will confirm if there is or not.

    USB memory stick need to be formatted to FAT32 or NTFS.

    I just tested a small (2GB) memory stick formatted to FAT32 and it backed up my playlists, confirmed on a computer as I could see the backup file.

    Might be an issue if you are using a USB 3.0 memory stick?

    yeah its usb 3.0 128gb, does this mean not compatible with bluos 4.0 when it used to be fine on 3?

    Do you have any other memory sticks to try? It was purely speculation about USB 3.0 on my part.

    Tried 2 x usb sticks both formatted fat 32 and cannot backup playlists.
