    Please try these steps as suggest by Bluesound

    Reboot your router
    Wait 5 minutes - very important step
    Reboot all your players
    Wait 5 more minutes
    Relaunch the App

    Probably fine now as it would have been your Router loosing track of IP addresses during the reboots. If you know your way around your Routers interface reserving IP address for any BluOS device and controllers is a good idea.
