    Hi Randy, do try a network refresh as some Routers get confused by devices rebooting during the upgrade process. Power off your Bluesound devices, reboot the router and when the router is fully up and running turn on your Bluesound devices again. Hopefully this will help, if not using the BluOS App select Settingsā€¦Send Support Request.
