Customer Support hours is a joke, right?
AnsweredSo the support page talks of hours going to 7:00 PM CST. So why does support chat dump me at 1:00 PM on a Friday when I am number 1 in queue and have been waiting for an hour? In what world i it OK to not answer the queue BEFORE you close it for the day (at 1:00 not 7:00)? This has happened to me many times since getting my first Blue Sound device. The phone "queue" is even more of a joke. Why not change these "hours" to reflect reality rather than lying to your customers?
