Solid red light with Pulse 2
AnsweredMy Pulse 2 has been working fine up until last week. No change made to wifi setup and it has the same solid red light issue as others have mentioned. I tried several of the fixes mentioned and no change. Please advise if there is a solution to fix it as I wish to continue using it instead of purchasing another product. Thanks.

In the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request, so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
If you cannot do this having only the one BluOS device then use email support@bluesound.com
