Find BluOS-channel on C368

Strange issue with my NAD C368 + MDC BluOS 2i. I used to be able to switch to the BluOS-channel by pressing 9 on my NAD remote control. For some reason, I am not able to do so anymore. This also means that my NAD does switch on when I start streaming via Spotify, but does not actually play music. I first need to switch to the BluOS channel by switching through the channels. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
