Requiring Tidal account, which I have never had
AnsweredNone of my services are working at all because it is requiring a tidal account, which I do not have. That said, Tidal does not even show up as an option for music services. None of my systems will work at all right now, in fact as I try and activate each one it disappears from my list.

Power off your Bluesound devices and your Router, turn the Router back on and wait until it’s fully working. At this point turn your Bluesound devices back on again and try and add a Music Service.

Hi Jesse, to use Tidal on BluOS you do need a paid subscription with login credentials.

I am not interested in using Tidal. It is requiring it of me though since the upgrade.

It states:
Player notification
Authorization no longer valid. Please log into your TIDAL account again.
To be clear. I do not have a TIDAL account and am not interested in acquiring one. When this message happens, my device disappears from my list of players. As it currently stands, I am not able to use any device because of this issue. This started once I upgraded all devices to the new update. I have rebooted the router and it has had no impact.

Did you reboot you Bluesound device? or better still remove power for 10 minutes.

From the settings menu…Send Support Request. This way the logs will get send to Bluesound to investigate your issue.

I am unable to get there. I just have a spinning wheel, it is not connecting to my players.

Bottom right hand side of this very web page is a blue floating Support button, click on it for help.

It stopped spinning (but still no music) and allowed me to send. Should be there.

I received a support call and rebooted the app. All seems to n=be working again. Thank you.
