USB not showing after update

After updating app to 4.0 and firmware to 4.0.2 I can no longer see my USB drive. Before updating it was working fine. I’ve tried unplugging the drive and then plugging it back in to the node. USB drive light comes on, but it won’t index, I’ve even tried to reindex in the settings but it doesn’t see the drive anymore. Tested USB drive on the computer and it’s working fine. Why was the USB port working before the firmware upgrade?
