New 4.0 controller for Windows desk top and Android

Installed new controller on laptop Windows. Worked fine for a while now Home won't open. No presets  available. Need to access radio through Tune In each time. 

 

Same problem with Android, Home won't open.

Both player and controller say upgrades are up to date when viewed through Help

 

PS It would have been nice to know the Android version wasn't available from Google until today, the 18th, instead of me trying four of five times to install.

  The controller and player are the latest versions.

  I finally got Home to work. I turned the power off. Took several times. I even had a power outage at home last night which didn't reset the player. And then poked at the preset and volume controls on the top of the player.

  Now my Windows Favorite is "Just A Moment" and the Android only allows Tune In Favorites.

  Was the controller tested with real customers before release?
