Upgraded Android phone to BluOS 4.0.2, now cannot see my Vault
AnsweredMy phone had 3.20.7 BlueSound app and everything was working. I uninstalled the app from the phone, then installed the 4.0.2 app. I started the app and tapped "Get Started" in the Welcome screen. The "Looking for Players" spins endlessly. My wife's phone, which I have not upgraded, can still see the Vault. Looks like I needed to read the instructions! How do I get around this?

Sounds more like a network routing issue than an upgrade issue. Deleting the old App before installing the new one may have deleted network cache or caused App cache.
Uninstall the App again, reboot your phone, then install the App.
If that doesn't work, please reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, then reboot the VAULT and put your phone in Airplane mode for 30 seconds. then restart the App.
