    UPDATED OFFICIAL COMMENT

Look for an update to BluOS next week which resolves a timing issue in displaying the Home Screen in your App if your BluOS Player finished booting before your network router did after a power outage. In the meantime, rebooting your BluOS Player manually by selecting Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot should resolve the issue now.

I had the same problem. I pulled the power cord on the player and let it sit for a while. Then after I plugged it back in and the Blue light returned, as I have a newer model Node, I poked at the preset buttons and volume control on top of the player box. Whether it was plain luck and coincidence or not the Home page loaded on the desktop and Android after that.

PS the Google store only had 4.0 available today  When I tried yesterday it kept loading 3.0

I get the same message as well.
Really random, once the player was on standby when i opened the app, now while it (M10V2) was playing.
Completely closing and reopen the App solves the problem for a while.

    Thank you Christian

Our Quality Assurance Team is investigating. We suspect that your iPhone goes into standby after idle for a bit, it is establishing connections with the BluOS Players where that information is loaded. It's why David below can resolve it by restarting the App. and why it also goes away on its own sometimes.

We are working with the Product Development Team here to make a better experience in restoring or updating that screen in a near future App update.

I get the same message. I’m lucky to get 2 minutes before music stops and have to close app and restart. Only to play for another 1-2 minutes. Any recommendations?

    Hi Tod

The problem stated above is not about playing music, it's about displaying content. If your music is stopping, that's something else. Please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew may take a closer look.

Same problem. iPad sees the Vault, Vault sees the internet, music plays. Home screen fails to load. Version 4.2.0

Actually worked fine for a week after updating to 4.2.0.  Deleted and reloaded app.  Still nothing.

    Hi Steven,

I do not see any support ticket coming from you. Please make sure to send us a support ticket to support@bluesound.com or by filling up the support request ticket using the BluOS app.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

I have same issue with Iphone 11 pro and also with the Windows app only the home screen in Blueos 4.2.0 gives message: couldn't  load content. Closing and restarting the apps doesnt help.
