    Hi Igor,

I have tested this with my iPhone 13 Mini IOS 17.0.3. Although admittedly at first, I had a hard time doing it but once I figured it out, I was able to do it repeatedly with no issues.

If your iPhone has haptic feedback enabled, you should feel a little vibration when you use the scroll bar. You may have to touch and hold the scroll bar to get it working.

Rest assured that I will forward your feedback to our quality assurance and development team for deeper review.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi

I don't know how this ended in the iPhone section. I was convinced I was writing in the Android section.

So, this is on Android 13. Maybe this got something to do with the resolution of the screen. Mine is 1080 x 2400. It is Motorola Edge 30 pro.

Came here to note the same thing - I find it very hard to use the scroller, especially when at the top most position it's too thin and I can't drag it at all.

Mark - what's the trick / how did you "figure it out"?

Is it possible to widen it in some way so it's easier to use? Odd it's an issue now when it worked well before.

    Thanks

I've listened to all the Artists and Albums that start with letter A since the update, so I kindly beg of you to resolve this issue on Android ;)

And while you're at it, please make the scrollbars just a bit wider. Please!

I'm now on Android app 4.0.3 Build 2825.

Still have the same problem. When the scroll handle/slider is in this position, I can't use it. Only when I manually (as swiping up with my thumb couple of tens of times) scroll past the Sort by selector can I use the scroll slider with the letters and all.

    Hi Igor

We have been releasing App updates as quickly as we can as they become resolved. In speaking with our team here, this one is still on the list. We do hope to resolve it soon...

Although a new update of the Andoid BluOs app was released just a week ago (21 December 2023), the Android scrolling issue still remains. This is actually a real issue when I have to 'swipe' all the way to 'C' before the blue scoller can be grabbed. My Vault library has around 5000 classical albums listed alphabetically by composer. I have 385 albums in the 'A's and 'B's alone, which means scrolling down 193 pairs of album covers before I can grab the scroller.

    Please fix this.

    Many thanks
