    when the "Now Playing" windows is shrinken the source indicator und the three dots "..." go away after a few seconds  - see screenshot.

    Hello,

    yesterday after a few minutes of using the Windows BluOS controller 4.0.0 I found an bug too: The timeslider for a spotify track is not moving normal, it moves back and forward while one song is played.

    My 4.0 update loaded yesterday afternoon. Last night, after playing music for about an hour, the audio playback stopped mid-song with such a loud pop, I thought my receiver had blown. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting, I finally unplugged/replugged my Vault 2 and the audio came back. This morning, after playing for 3 minutes, the same thing happened. Only now the controller app had gone dead -- couldn't find my players or my library, and the app pages were completely blank. Just black screens. Unplugged/replugged again and it's working again (for now).

    ALSO - just tried to log in to my account and my password wasn't recognized. Twice now I've requested a password reset, but the email prompts never arrived.

    Hi Redbeardo - this sounds like a possible hardware issue - I am escalating your issue to our Support Crew. Also work with them to find out what account you are looking a password reset for and they will be happy to point you in the correct direction.

    After new controller update I am unable to navigate out of a song I happen to be listening to in Radio Paradise (via the 3 dots) to get me to the artist/album/song in Tidal. Although the “go to artist in Tidal” etc. prompts do appear, when I select an option it brings be back to the Radio Paradise main page instead of Tidal. I use this function often when I here a tune I like on Radio Paradise and want to easily find the artist/album in Tidal on the fly. Worked seamlessly in the old app.

    Wow, I didn’t know that function even existed. It’s a good example of why I like BluOS.

    It’s interesting though that it does not work in the iPhone app 4.0 but if you change the user interface to 3.X, it does work! even though you’re in the same iPhone app (which technically is 4.0)
