    Hi Dirk

    Thanks for your patience. Both Google Play and The App Store have phased rollouts for large-scale Apps such as ours in their initial 24 hours... this is done to prevent surges and limit crashes... we are through the first 24 hours now so it will be more wide-scaled now.

    Same thing happened to me - I downloaded the 4.0.2 update and when I went into the app the interface was the same. Then I uninstalled the app, redownload it and it worked.

    However the app is so bugged I can't even enter Tidal, USB, Niel Young archives etc. while things like radio paradise and tune in radio still works. Using my tablet which is still on the old app version everything works - and yes the player is updated to 4.0 as well.

    Same thinh happened to the IOS App. Than I deleted the App and installed it again. Then the 4.0 App appeared…

    I also uninstalled the app on my phone and tablet . After re-installing it remains the same

    You also need the firmware update, use the App to check for Updates.

    Firmware update as in " Help" -> upgrade?

    Hello Tony W. The last update just appeared on Play Store. To Tey out I first installed it on my tablet. First impression: Looks very nice and I appreciate the indication of the resolution 👍
