Can't access most of my services after 4.0!
AnsweredI can't access Tidal, Niel Young archives, USB etc. since the lates 4.0 update! Radio paradise works fine! What a pile of shit! And yes I have factory reset the MDC 2 module, and deleted and reinstalled the app! Switching to the old user interface does nothing, 4.0 literally broke my setup! I'm on a NAD M32. I can press the icons but it does nothing! Adding a short cut gives me the possibility to enter my already created playlist but I can't acces anything else! How can you brake so much all at once Bluesound? Everything has been working flawlessly for that past year or so but now it is all broken!!!
With my tablet on the earlier app version it works all fine, so it is not the bluos module software but rather to app! Fix this ASAP!

Hi Steffan,
I have forwarded your feedback to our quality assurance. Please expect frequent updates from us to fix these issues.
Thanks for #LivingHiFi -
the new 4.0 version has many problems as it seems now. I read that people do get 4.0.2 after the upgrade in the App (help->upgrade), but nothing changes. The people who do succeed can no longer use their streaming service. I'll stick with version 3 for now until the problem is resolved.

Hello Steffan.
It looks like there's a following update within the next 24hours 👍0 -
In 4.0 Qobuz login won't work for me -- message in the app says "authorization failed" even thought I have entered the correct username and PW (triple checked).
Only Radio Paradise works for me.

UPDATE
I can now access Tidal in the app again (and no not a router thing, it worked flawlessly on my tablet with the old app). However I can't access the USB section still on the new app, so hopefully that will be fixed soon as well.0 -
HI Steffan
Glad to hear we are making progress - I have asked The Support Crew to reach out directly to you via e-mail. That being said - we made changes to how USB drives work to make them more readily available. It may be there but just in a different post. Please see this Help Centre Article for more details; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360037137354

Hi Tony.
The USB shows on the list of my services. I restarted the BluOs module once again and allowed sharing on the network again and the music from my USB now shows in the library - this is great. Thanks for your feedback Tony.
