Hi Jakob
Both the App and Players must be updated. IN the App, Select Help, Check for Update to upgrade your Players if they do not prompt.

Thanks for responding.
That's what I did. First in the Help section-> update . Then after the update you can see in diagnostics the new update is 4.0.2 .
In the Play store there no update available.
What did I wrong?2 -
It doesn't appear to be available.
Edit: My NAD M10v2 says it's on 4.02. However the app is not available.

How to add a service to the drop down list while in Favorites. All I see is Qobuz, TuneIn and Tidal. Where is Amazon Music and Spotify and others? Seems no way to add them to the drop down list.

Hi Joan
From the bottom navigation drawer, select the Music Tab. Next to Music Services press Manage to log in or log out of a Service.

Yes that's not what I mean. How do I add services to the drop-down list in the favorites menu to switch between services quickly. I'm already logged into the services that I subscribe to. There's a drop-down menu that has a list of your services when you hit the favorites button on the bottom of the screen. That's the one I want to add all of my subscribe services to for quick changing.

From the Favourites page - click on the service in the top right to switch.
Here's a Help Centre Article covering details on how the Favourites Page works; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/17720338516503-Navigating-the-Favorites-tab-screen-in-BluOS-4-0

Thank you but clicking on that list only brings up 3 services and I want to add two more music services to that quick pick list. The linked articles only say how to make tracks or albums favorites, not how to add a music service to the drop down list.

Hi Joan
We are having a hard time replicating that - I have escalated your feedback to one of our Support Crew Members for a little more 1:1 troubleshooting. They will be in touch via e-mail but admittedly we may be a little delayed due to a high volume of requests right now.
Thanks for your patience.

Thank you. What I've learned after playing around with this is that in order to get a service to show up in that drop-down list the service has to have an actual favorites category in it's native app that's populated.
Amazon and Spotify do not work that way. But Qobuz, My USB Library and tunein have favorite categories. Not sure about Tidal since I don't subscribe to Tidal.1
