BLUOS CONTROLLER (WINDOWS) 4.0.0: LIBRARY/GENRES/SHOW ALL (ALBUMS or ARTISTS) DOESN'T WORK

Library/Genres/.../Show All (Albums or Artists) shows only 10 items.

This bug was fixed with 3.20.4 and is now back with 4.0.0 :-(

    We can't replicate this on our end but rest assured that I will forward your concern to our quality assurance for investigation.

    ...then you have to try harder. Same issue here.

    Same pattern here, on a NODE X : Library/Genres/.../Show All (Albums or Artists) shows only the first 10 items.

    A cold reset of the player did not help.

    It was working fine on 3.20.4. 

    Please fix as soon as possible.

    It is also not in today's launch of the BluOS App 4.0.2 for Windows and macOS but we continue to work on it and will push it out as quickly as possible.

    Thanks for this quick reply. I am on IOS and still have the same issue. Did you mean that your testing shows your fix works on IOS but has not been made available in a release yet? Otherwise my version (4.2.0) on IOS still does not return the Albums and perhaps I need to open a new issue?

    Tony, its version 4.0.2 on my IOS machine (Controller is 4.2.0) Sorry.

    Neil - Please ensure both iOS App and BluOS are on 4.2.0 - if problems persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may take a closer look.

    Hi Tony,

    Where do I get Ios 4.2.0? The only download is for 4.0.2. from https://bluos.io/downloads/ when I download it gives me a file called BluOS-Controller-4.0.2-MacOS.zip.
