Criteria for album art to show in BluOS?

Can anyone please tell me if there's a fail safe way to get album artwork to show in BluOS?

I embed the artwork in to all my tracks.

Some are JPEG, some are PNG, some are quite large in dimension and quality, others are small in dimension but generally still good clear images.

However I can find no consistent set of circumstances for when the artwork will show and when I will just get the default black square with a music note inside. It seems completely random!

 

Any help appreciated.

  Thank you, got myself some software to identify large image size and image file size so I can do some admin on them.....
