    Hi Keijo

Please delete the BluOS App from your phone and restart your phone. Once restarted, please download a new fresh version.

If problems persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com.

This is not working at all. Neither my Samsung phone or tablet get a new update. The app on Playstore still says version 3.x.x

    Hi-Res

The App Store will update for your locale soon, be patient as it’s a gradual rollout.

Tony, you're sending out emails with 'upgrade' and 'download now' for v4 before it's fully available on Google Play.

Possibly should have waited with the emails until it was globally rolled out and avoided a crap customer experience..

    Hi Chris

    This thread predates today’s release.

That being said - BluOS 4.0 has been released and will be delivered to you shortly.

    Hi Tony,

appreciate the response however my statement was fact; I have an email saying 'download now' and Google Play in the UK (for me anyway) shows v3.20.7. Crap user experience which could have been avoided with planning and forethought.

Looking forward to the new version, fingers crossed for remediation of existing phone hardware volume control issues.
