What is the experience of making support request?
Bluesound basically just close the request without resolving the issue and claiming it was resolve. Seems like it it the same case here. They will reply some answer that appear that they did something to resolve it but in actual fact did nothing and blockoff any further comment. Anyone who want to buy bluesound please reconsider. The support is one of the worse.
