Connections lost again
AnsweredFor about the millionth time since I started using Bluesound in 2020 I have the same issue. For no apparent reason, the groupconnection between several players gets lost and rebuild.
Music form one or more speakers drops away and then starts playing again after a few seconds. The issue occured at the same time with my Soundbar Pulse plus and two Flex 2i group and my Node N130 and Flex group.
There have been no changes in the internetconnection, the network or the speakers.
Is there a reason why for this is issue? It is one of the most annoying and reoccurring issues with Bluesound.

I'm just a customer like you. Without knowing the specifics of your setup it's not possible to provide a specific diagnosis of the issue you're having. That said, I suspect that it is a network issue.
If the devices are connected wirelessly there are several things that can interrupt the signal, microwave ovens, radar and neighbouring networks are some of them. As well many routers reassign device IP addresses automatically when restarted or interference is detected. Assigning static IP addresses to each device minimizes these types of interruptions.
Connecting each unit to the router via ethernet is bulletproof but I know that is not possible in many instances. I have a mix of wired and wireless units, some connected to wireless repeaters, that has been very stable for years.
If the problem persists contact Bluesound Support by selecting Help in the BluOS Controller and submitting a request. This will send logs from your system to Bluesound so they can more easily assist you with the problem. I understand how frustrating it is to have this happen.
