What is your experience when creating support request from blue sound?
The worst support I ever had!!! I informed bluesound of a bug with issue with poping sound with the subwoofer. The service center also had this issue with their setup. Then bluesound told me they are able to replicate the issue and asked me to wait for bug fix and they do not know whether it will be fix or when. And they marked the case as solved. I told them as the bug still persist it should be not be classified as solved until it is really solved. Then they block the case with no further comment. Basically they will classify the case as solved as long as they replied to you. It doesnt matter the issue was solved or not.
