IR command for next preset (after Preset 10)

Hello, 

I need to program an IR command for "next preset" and "previous preset". 

To elaborate: I have a blind friend, who would love to buy a POWERNODE and RC1, if I can find a way to program the remote for his needs - a lot more than 10 presets, and hopefully 40 will do the job.
