    Have done that multiple times. Same fault continues. Even attached an audio file of the malfunction to an email to Bluesound support. They are running me around with a "Network Issue". This is likely mechanical, and I pais some good money for this product to crap out in less than 2 months.

    I am working with them, as the lag between responses allows. I am also aware this is a community forum, and was hoping to hear from others with same or similar issues.
