    Best to log a support ticket, after the next disc insertion / ejection use the BluOS App and select Help…Send Support Request.

    Have done that multiple times. Same fault continues. Even attached an audio file of the malfunction to an email to Bluesound support. They are running me around with a "Network Issue". This is likely mechanical, and I pais some good money for this product to crap out in less than 2 months.

    Hi Dave, this a community forum so you’re best to continue working with support, I suppose if the Vault cannot access the Internet correctly then it would not return the CD’s metadata and cause issues?

    I am working with them, as the lag between responses allows. I am also aware this is a community forum, and was hoping to hear from others with same or similar issues.
