Bluos app on iPad
AnsweredI have a C399 with Bluos. I stream music from my pc based music library which works fine, except if my internet goes down I have great difficulty in getting my library back. The app on my iPad loses connection and won’t reconnect unless I delete the app, reinstall and reload my library. After I finally get it reloaded it works fine, with no dropouts as long as my internet is up. Doesn’t happen often but it’s a real pita when it does. Any ideas on what’s happening?

Thanks. I have a Deco mesh system so this could be my problem. How do I reserve IP address?

I too have a Deco Mesh.
To reserve a device IP address using the Deco:
1) on the iPad Deco App select More at the bottom right of the screen
2) then Advanced in the lower third of the screen at the left-hand side select Address Reservation.
This will present you with a screen that has a + sign on the top right.
3) Tap that + sign and choose Select from Client. This displays a list of the router's clients.
4) Choose the C399 and tap Save at the top right of this window.
