Cannot login to ANY music services from the BlueOS app (Androind AND Windows)

BlueOS cannot find any of my music available, Qobuz and radio paradise are gone from my services, and when I try to re-add them it doesn't even let me login to those services.

The hardware works fine, for example everyting is normal when I use Spotify connect.

I rebooted my router (why would I need to do that anyway?). I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both Android and WIndows. nothing

  wow, it actually worked! I powered off the devices and everything is now back.

  Powering off the router did not help. 

  As a side note, it's frustrating to always deal with router issues [which seem to involve Bluesound devices more often than not], and I even spent quite a bit to get a high end Asus router.
