If you continue to experience this issue, please send us a support ticket to support@bluesound.com and make sure to give us details what BluOS players and controllers you have.

This way, our support team can help you figure out what is going on with your BluOS players/controllers.

I’m away for a while and so no time to research and explore at the moment. But Will be in touch.

    @Sully

Are you saying that the volume slider goes to zero when you toggle the screen, but that the actual volume remains unchanged? When you then move the slider, does the volume level then drop to reflect the position of the slider?

Also, does it always slide to zero, or does it sometimes slide to some other position, again without the actual volume level changing?

Additionally, what is your Bluesound device, and what is the BluOS version on that device?

Also, what device is the BluOS controller installed on and what version of the controller is installed?

(Go into Help > About in the Controller app and it will show the two software versions.)

Furthermore, what is the OS software and software version on the device on which you've installed the BluOS controller?

    Many thanks.

The volume slider goes to zero and the volume also goes to zero. Instant.  Muted.  X on the volume slider.

Additionally, what is your Bluesound device = Powernode
What is the BluOS version on that device = 3:20.52

What device is the BluOS controller installed on and what version of the controller is installed?
A - iphone with latest app software. 16.6.1
App - 3.20.02 (at time of issues) Blue OS = 3.20.52

    Many thanks. Interesting.

My volume slider changes position when toggling between the volume and play/pause displays, but it doesn't alter the actual volume. (I use a Vault 2 and feed its digital output into an external DAC.)

So.... perhaps this bug, which other users also experience, is multi-layered inasmuch as it affects the actual volume in the Powernode but doesn't affect the actual volume of the signal being fed into external DACs.

I'll now have to see what happens when I use my Vault 2's internal DAC and feed my amplification using the analogue output from the Vault.

I do wish Bluesound would start looking at this properly as it remains an extreme irritant.
