    Hi Marcus and Fredrik

If this is an older model POWERNODE 2 (circa 2015-2018)... this was in fact a low level software error and resolved in the current BluOS 4.2.6.

There have been no recent updates on Bluesound but it’s possible your TV had a firmware update. Unplugging / plugging back in the optical lead at both ends to make sure it’s fully seated is a good starting point.

After the next sound drop out use the BluOS App and select Help…Send Support Request. This way Bluesound will get a copy of the logs.

Thanks, its possible that i updated the unit long after the update was sent out.

Ive tried unplugging the optical cable, ive tried factory resetting the Powernode and the TV hasnt had a firmware update for very long now. But i will submit the log.

I have the same problem, it started appearing around the same time as your and I also suspect a bugning the powernode Firmware. Super annoying sometimes the sound disappears all the time and sometimes never.
