Powernode keeps loosing optical signal
AnsweredSince a couple of weeks now my Powernode have had issues with the optical input from my TV. After a few minutes the sound disappears when having the optical input chosen. Only way of getting it back is by pressing "Play/Paus" two times. But after a couple of minutes the sound is lost again.
Im wondering if this could be related to a software update, anyone else having the same issue?

If this is an older model POWERNODE 2 (circa 2015-2018)... this was in fact a low level software error and resolved in the current BluOS 4.2.6.

Thanks, its possible that i updated the unit long after the update was sent out.
Ive tried unplugging the optical cable, ive tried factory resetting the Powernode and the TV hasnt had a firmware update for very long now. But i will submit the log.

I have the same problem, it started appearing around the same time as your and I also suspect a bugning the powernode Firmware. Super annoying sometimes the sound disappears all the time and sometimes never.
