Powernode connection issues

Ive updated the app ive done factory resets and i keep getting...An error occured while trying to set up your player... this happens while the light on the powernode is steady blue. Please help!

  You could try to use an ethernet cable to connect your node temporarily to your router in order to get the setup done.
