How to reset Sub/Soundbar pairing information.
AnsweredDoes anyone know how to factory reset a Pulse sub or to remove the pairing information between it and a Soundbar 2i?
Factory resetting the Soundbar does not appear to remove this information and a few previous questions pointing this out several years ago appear to have gone unanswered.
I have got two Soundbar 2i's that have long since stopped outputting to two pairs of Pulse Subs. The soundbars both seem to think the subwoofers are connected but no sound comes out. Turning the subs on in the app does redirect bass away from the Soundbars but seemingly into the ether. There is no opportunity to re-pair the subs and multiple factory resets still don't solve this.
