    Thank you for contacting Bluesound.

The Bluesound NODE N130 is a finished goods product and not a kit. Bluesound Players have no user-serviceable parts. Altering the product may be harmful to its use or other products it is connected to and will void any terms, conditions or warranties with your purchase.

Our recommendation is to enjoy the product as designed with the care and experience that our parent organisation brings with over 50 years of building quality home audio equipment.

If however, you are having a hardware problem with your power supply or the player is having a solid red light due to a power issue please e-mail support@bluesound.com and we will be happy to provide options available to you on how to have your Player serviced.

Your Node's internal power supply is rated 100-240V AC. 24V DC external powersupply will not work.

Ok thanks for your reply. Lots of people seem to be using a lower voltage with the Node - 16v or 5v. So is that the issue and I need a lower voltage LPS?

You will have to change the internal power supply in the Node to make use of any external powersupply.

Thanks Bjorn. Sorry I’m a novice with these things and still learning! Just trying to maximise the best output I can.

    Thanks again

No, it's rated for 5V DC.

Just to warn you opening the case and making modifications will invalidate your warranty, none of the third party PSUs are endorsed by Bluesound.
