Roksan attessa streaming amp connection issues

How the hell do I connect the BluOS app to my Roksan Attessa if the amp is not providing me with a Wi-fi hotspot?! I’d heard that this system is tricky, but this is beyond a joke!! 2 separate apps and Wi-Fi pairing for both is simply ridiculous! I can’t even connect by simple Bluetooth from my phone! This may well be going back!!

  This is a Bluesound community, suggest you email support@bluos.net for help. Bluesound hardware only has the one app so sorry cannot help you in that one.

  Whilst waiting for help you may want to temporarily use an Ethernet connection to setup your Roksan.
